The Conference Registration Fee is stated in EUR. 25% VAT, as well as a bank and credit card fee (23 EUR) is included in the registration fee.

Payment outside Croatia must be made in EURO to the order of LLPS 2016.


Payment inside Croatia must be made in Croatian currency (HRK) and registration fees are based on exchange rate 1 EUR = selling rate of Croatian National Bank (HNB) on the day of registration.

IMPORTANT: Please clearly indicate the participant name(s), LLLP registration & invoice number on all money transfers to the Conference secretariat. If you have made a late payment, please bring a copy of payment to the Conference.

On line registration will be closed on 25th June 2016.

After that date, only on-site registration will be possible, at the same price as full registration.

Confirmation for payment and registration will be sent to your e-mail address only when the full amount has been received. It might take 3-5 working days before you receive the confirmation.


It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance with your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors, please contact in writing.


Certificate of Attendance

If you would like to receive a certificate of attendance, please collect your certificate at the Conference registration desk. Certificates will not be sent after the Conference. Accompanying persons will not receive a certificate of attendance.


Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)

Where a written request is received on, or before June 1 2016, a full conference registrant will receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee paid.  No registration refunds will be given after this date and no refunds are available at any time for absentee delegates, partial registrants, or single ticket events.

Substitution of the full conference registration is permitted up to and including the first day of the Conference and will incur a 50 EUR administration fee. Once a delegate has checked in at the conference registration desk, substitution for that delegate is not permitted.

Refunds will be verified by the Conference Registrar and will be processed following the conclusion of the Conference.


Liability and Insurance

Neither the Organisers nor the Conference Secretariat will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the conference. It is recommended that participants arrange their own personal travel and health insurance.


Travel visa info/link for Croatia

It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his / her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. It is recommended to apply for a visa at least 3 months in advance of the Conference.

Gala Dinner July 03 2016

  • Not included in the conference registration fee for participants


You can book Gala dinner tickets for yourself and your accompanying person for the price of 85 EUR per ticket on accommodation site.


NATIONAL PARK KRKA – July 03, 2016


Krka is Croatian National Park that got his name by River Krka which runs trough it. This area is famous for numerous lakes and waterfalls along the river Krka. The natural beauties here reach their highlight in amazing play of water and sun.


Leave Split early in the morning, enjoying a pleasant ride along the coastline passing by Trogir, Primosten and finaly Sibenik. City of Sibenik was historical site, founded more than a thousand years ago. The most important monument is the Gothic-Renaissance cathedral of St.Jacob, included in the UNESCO´s World Heritage list in 2001. After visting the town of Sibenik, our ride continues through the karst hinterland region of the Sibenik Riviera to the famous Krka Waterfalls.

The Dragon’s Cave, hermitage monastery of Brac, 350 feet above the sea level, it will take us about an hour’s walk, but the time flies by listening the interesting stories of charming guide and watching the landscape. Dragon’s cave is not for those bothered climbing and who give up easily. It is primarily for people who like to see something different, work a bit harder, and join us on an interesting boat tour to the once inhabited deep recess in the limestone massif. After a 3 hour tour of sightseeing the monastery and the Dragon Cave, the phenomenon woven into the rocks, it’s time to get back in Bol. We’ll pass through Vidova Gora to stop briefly and enjoy the view on one of the most interesting beach among Croatian islands, Zlatni Rat. This sandy beach Zlatni Rat is famous for its golden horn, which moves with the currents and winds in turquoise blue Brac channel. This landmark is one of the biggest and the most beautiful Adriatic natural attractions. Enjoy swimming in the clear blue water, wind surfing and water skiing while relaxing in the afternoon summer breeze.
