8th INGEO International Conference on Engineering Surveying & 4th SIG Symposium on Engineering Geodesy will be held in hotel Palace, Dubrovnik CROATIA, from April 1-4, 2020.

Registration

Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Tehnical secretariat – TIP PUTOVANJA upon receipt of registration and full payment.

The quotation of places are limited (first come – first served).

 

Registration fees of the participants (normal or student) include:

  • Attendance to all sessions
  • Proceedings
  • Icebreaker party
  • Coffee breaks and lunches

 

The accompanying persons programme includes only Icebreaker party, Gala dinner & Walking tour in Dubrovnik.

 

At least one author of each paper must register, and pay, until 15th of February 2020. (deadline for early bird registration).

 

Registrations made during the early bird period must be paid until 15th of February 2020; otherwise standard fee applies.

 

Student fee applies to students aged 35 or under. It is required to provide a student proof (send by email to rpaar@geof.hr) in order to complete the registration: an official document (copy of a student card which shows the year(s) of enrolment or a letter) from an educational institution.

 

If payment is made by bank transfer, we must receive a copy of the bank transfer document as proof of payment by the payment deadline.

 

After completing your registration

You will receive an automatically generated confirmation email, acknowledging submission of your registration (if you do not receive this email, please send an email to info@tip-putovanja.hr).

The official language of the Conference is English.

 

Terms and conditions of participation

During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website.

It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance with your wishes.  We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the registration confirmation letter carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors, please contact

info@tip-putovanja.hr in writting.

 

Cancellation policy

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to TIP PUTOVANJA travel agency in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.

 

Cancellations received up to 1st of March 2020: the paid registration fee is fully refunded.

Cancellations received up to 22nd of March 2020: 50% of the registration fee is reimbursed.

No refund is made for cancellations received after 22nd of March 2020 or for registered participants who fail to attend.

Bank transfer expenses are not included in the fees and should be paid by the participants.

Registration will not be accepted until payment has been received in full.

 

The registration can be transferred to another person, at no cost, if we are informed until 22nd of March 2020.

For security reasons the Conference Secretariat  does not charge credit cards from their office manually.

 

IMPORTANT

Please clearly indicate the participant name(s) & invoice number on all money transfers to the Conference secretariat.

If you have made a late payment, please bring a copy of payment to the Conference.

 

Registration (both conference & social activities) closes on the 22nd of March 2020.

After that date, only on-site registration will be possible.

 

Liability & Insurance

Neither the Organisers nor the Conference Secretariat will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the conference. It is recommended that participants arrange their own personal travel and health insurance.

It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his / her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. It is recommended to apply for a visa at least 3 months in advance of the conference.
